Apt 45
RESIDENTIAL #2204 2023
Starting with an overly compartmentalized layout, the design of Apt 45 opens and rearranges the living, dining, and kitchen spaces in order to take advantage of the large windows and views of Central Park, while maximizing every square inch of space.
The design swaps the dining room and media room, and strategically removes partitions creating more connection across all the spaces. Unnecessary circulation space was absorbed into the living spaces, increasing their size, while also providing a new pantry and stone bar.
